Convenient location near shops, restaurants, ferry, and bus stop 🚏. Stayed in a newly renovated classic double room - super cozy! Service was top-notch, couldn't ask for better!

I stayed at a hotel near the ferry dock, which was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel had a prime location on the sea side of the main road, providing stunning views of the beach and the town. The room had a beautiful terrace where I could enjoy the sunset over the sparkling sea. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of pastries and cakes. The room had all the necessary facilities, including a jacuzzi and a coffee maker.
There was some mineral buildup in the bathroom that caused the shower jets to spray in random directions, which was not very pleasant.

The excellent location with a beautiful view... Every wish was fulfilled by our staff.
There's nothing I can criticize.

The room was lovely but we very terribly disappointed that they actually do not have a jacuzzi available for guests except in only 2 suites. Misleading advertising......see below.
We were very disappointed about how the hotel is represented on Booked.net. The description says "This hotel in Positano is on a cliff facing the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Big Beach is only 1700 ft from this property where each room comes with a jacuzzi, and a balcony." And shows a picture of an outdoor jacuzzi on a balcony. According to this description we would have a balcony with a jacuzzi...right? Wrong, only 2 suites get to have a jacuzzi on the balcony, which none of the other guests can use. Instead our room had a jacuzzi bathtub! The advertising and description is very misleading and we had been looking forward to a hot-tub jacuzzi as pictured and we very disappointed. No suites were available to upgrade too.

This place had a cool and charming vibe, located in a bustling shopping area close to the ferry dock and the heart of all the action, shops, and the beach. 🏖️

Quirky hotel, it has friendly service, stunning location on the sea side of Via Cristoforo Colombo. There are huge rooms with large bathrooms. The al fresco restaurant for breakfast is what you need. Would recommend this accommodation.

The hotel had a central location and it was close to Spiaggia Grande. Variety of outstanding food, I loved it.

The location of the hotel was perfect with breathtaking views of the beach and the nearby hills. It was conveniently situated close to the main square and shopping areas. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful, and even offered complimentary drinks during check-in. The room had a spacious balcony with chairs and a table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view.
The biggest downside was the absence of a coffee maker in the room. there were no coffee shops close to the hotel, so it was a bit of an inconvenience to go out for coffee every morning.

The location was good. The view over the water and aspects of Positano was sensational. Our room was very spacious and well appointed, including bath robes and double sinks in the bathroom. The pillows were the best we have found in all the hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was mostly good.
The safe was not fixed to the wall and could be carried around. The safe also had 'flat batteries' and we could not access it when we needed to. This was an issue as we were told that there wasn't a staff member available to fix the problem. This wasn't professional and the poor attitude and lack of assistance when we needed help made us feel very unsafe. The problem was fixed at a later time but this incident left us with unpleasant memories of an other wise lovely hotel. The lack of staff at this hotel was disappointing and needs to be improved.

The location is the best in Positano with great sea views from all rooms. No bar or dining except breakfast but this is not a disadvantage as most guests will wish to explore Positano.
Wi - Fi is only available in the reception area.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, right next to the crystal-blue sea and close to the shops. The view from the rooms is simply breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the beautiful Positano hillside. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities like a large tub with a shower head. The friendly staff, like Margarita at the front desk, are extremely helpful and always ready with a smile. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
The meals at the restaurant next door can be quite expensive and the quality might not meet expectations.
